The food portion sizes are tiny £16 for a few slithers of beef £17 for a tiny sea bass had to go to the counter to get drinks half the time all in all this place is bad value for money I won't be going back shame the reviews are good the food not so good not your usual vibrant Thai restaurant.
This is hands down the worst takeaway I have ever had. Not just the worst Thai or Asian food, but the worst takeaway in general. Despite ordering four dishes (two mains, two starters) for nearly £50, every dish was disappointing and some were even inedible. The estimated delivery time of 45 minutes turned into an hour and a half, adding to the frustration. The dry ribs were soggy and cold, resembling fatty gristle rather than actual ribs. The deep fried squid was flavorless rubber in unseasoned breadcrumbs. The pad Thai had only 3 prawns and lacked taste. The Thai green chicken curry was watery and served with sticky rice that was hard as a block. This was the first time I have been so shocked and disappointed by a takeaway that I had to order from a different place to replace it on the same evening. Perhaps King I is better for dining in, but based on this awful experience, I will not be returning.
Best thai food I've had in years and lovely helpful staff
Food wasn’t outstanding but not bad either. However, the customer service was fantastic, I felt as though I were at home with the cosy atmosphere. And don’t listen to the review below me, she’s crazy.
