Mcdonald's - Buffalo

This is definitely the worst McDonald's to visit. I ordered a nugget meal and a cheeseburger, and I saw them being made right away. However, they were left sitting on the hot plate for 15 minutes before being served to me. When I tried to express my concerns about the freshness of the food, the staff argued with me and claimed that it was made to order. Ultimately, I was so fed up that I ended up throwing the meal away after just a few bites. It was a disappointing experience.

I had a great experience using the drive-thru at this restaurant. Maurice helped me choose when I wasn't sure what to order. The service was fantastic!

Wow, the prices have really increased. I used to be able to get a mcchicken, a double cheeseburger, a big shake with cream and caramel, and two cakes for $10.97. Now, two double cheeseburgers and a medium fry cost the same amount.

The mcdonald’s on mckinley is a nice mcdonald’s. the service is quite fast and eating is in the regular hot. I'll go to the coffee in the morning and it's always fresh. the workers are super nice and friendly. would recommend. food: 5/5

Half hour drive thru wait, just to get the wrong food entirely.Lobby is closed, couldn’t return food.Had to wait in the drive-thru for another 20 minutes.Food was then made correctly and it was delicious, but the fries were old and soggy.
