Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónMs. Edith's, from what I understand is a sub-par restaurant. I took the chance after reading many reviews and was subject to the same experience as others
Beware of the overpriced food! For example, the normal price of cevice in Cahuita is about 4000 colones, but at Miss Edith it is 8000 colones, no less. The portions are small and the taste is nothing special. I am giving 2 start instead of one just because the service was fast.
Horrible experience. We went because of lonely planet's recommendation. The toilet didnt work, there was no running water to wash hands. Service very slow, and the food bad. When we told them we didn't like it and asked for a discount they got mad, agressive paid them the full price 65$ for 4 simple dishes with drinks! So overpriced as well. Avoid.
Bad bad experience. We waited for more than 1 hour for 2 common caribbean plates (rondon and rice&beans), that were just ok in flavour (I have tasted them in other places) and WAY OVERPRICED. The attention is super slow and your food will take ages. Go somewhere else. Not recommended at all.
If I was looking for the worst meal that took the longest time then this is a win. Don't, just don't, waste your time or your money. Teeny portion of overcooked fish (same with the pork), greasy fries, flavorless curry/ginger. Take my word for it, nothing is better than here.
