Probé la pizza Margherita en Pizzería 1948 y fue fantástica. La masa estaba perfectamente horneada: ligera, aireada y con la cantidad justa de carbonización. La salsa de tomate fresca y el queso derretido se combinaban de maravilla, creando un sabor simple pero delicioso. ¡Un lugar excelente para los amantes de la pizza auténtica!
