Zizzi - Camberley

Popped into Zizzi’s without pre-booking. very welcoming staff and accommodating. Service was very prompt and we could order drinks and food quickly. Sarah was exceedingly courteous and very helpful from the minute we arrived.

They served the pizza very spicy, although we ordered not spicy, since we were in a hurry and were very hungry, we had to hollow out the hot pepper and eat it. I have never seen such terrible service, neither cutlery nor knives, they didn't even put napkins, I had to tell the waiter to bring them. I was in this pizzeria for the first time and the last time. I understand they always say that people are wrong, but not like that... I do not recommend!!!!

Visited early evening last Thursday. Food was lovely and service was fantastic. Very refreshing to receive great customer service and hospitality, particularly from the guy in the red checked shirt, he may have been the Manager? More frequently these days I come across staff in the retail or hospitality industry that visibly just look like they can't be bothered, don't want to be in the job and frankly give poor service. Not here, all staff spoke politely and with a smile. Really lovely meal and we will return again.
