Mary Brown's Chicken - Cambridge

I have been a regular customer for years and wanted to come back and update my review. I recently placed an order online and what I ordered was not in stock. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate and in the process made my kids day. Back to their food, my family and I love the Big Mary sandwiches, the taters are always cooked to perfection and the presentation is always great. The staff is super friendly and acknowledges you as soon as you walk through the door. Thanks again for your awesome customer service.

Placed an order online, and waited an absurdly long time. Reached out to the store, only to recive a rather unprofessional message back. Each time I asked about my order the delivery time was pushed back. This isn't very professional service, hopefully it will be better in the future. Service: 1
