Il Baio Restaurant is part of the structure with hotel and terrain for horses (and race?). The light-flooded dining area has a high ceiling with two balconies for more guests or private parties and a separate conservatory. The decor makes a quite new, modern and pleasant impression. The menu is not extensive, but offers a good selection of dishes and Italian wines. The focus is on food and wine from Umbria, but also from other regions. Everything we ordered is very good: The house greeted us with a glass of Prosecco and Sfoglia bietola salciccia. After that we had: Millefoglie di pane carasau, Fiore di zucca gratinato, Bocconcini di capriola, Filetto di maiale al lardo di Colonnata, Millefoglie scomposta di pastasfolglia con crema al mascarpone frutti di bosco, Semifreddo con frutti di bosco and a red App: Collef
