Fazoli's - Cape Girardeau

We dined in at 9:23 PM and found the food to be hot, but our experience was disappointing. We asked for breadsticks, only to be told they had already run out and were put away, despite the carryout and drive-thru still operating. The main reason we visited the restaurant was for the breadsticks. Additionally, we were not greeted upon entering, and while waiting to request a substitute that wasn't possible to do via the kiosk, we felt ignored. We usually love Fazoli's, but we won't be returning for a long time.

The food was served hot and delicious. I really appreciated the attentive service from the staff. The breadsticks were wonderful! It’s a very kid-friendly atmosphere.

I approached the young woman at the counter to inquire about our order, and she explained that she was the only one working. I requested to have my food, as I noticed it sitting on the counter. She told me she would prepare a fresh batch instead. I then asked if I could at least get some drinks and breadsticks, to which she only provided the drinks. Less than five minutes later, our food finally arrived. Unfortunately, the lasagna was ice cold, although the meat sauce was hot. I returned it, and they brought it back just 20 seconds later with additional hot meat sauce. Overall, the customer service was terrible. I even left a tip before receiving any service, which was a mistake on my part. The young lady behind the counter seemed indifferent and moved at a painfully slow pace, showing little care for customers. I would not recommend dining here due to the cold food and poor service.

Love the chicken broccoli penne. Fazoli?s is a little slow so I recommend using their app to order ahead. Great breadsticks too.

The lady who brought out the food was polite, which was about the only pleasant part of our experience. Didn?t even get the right size of what I ordered whereas instead got a small that took a ridiculous amount of time to make especially when we werethe only ones in the lobby eating. Even had to remind them that our food comes with breadsticks because we didn?t receive thoseeither. Highly disappointed especially when fazolis is usually our favorite. Floors and tables were disgusting and I washonestly embarrassed after bringing my friend with me.
