Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónMy wife wanted to visit this Italian restaurant for quite a while now, as she heard such wonderful reports. Unfortunately, we didn 't have such a wonderful experience today. It started with terrible background music of a lady screaming completely unrelated music sorry not music noise. We really got the sense our waitres didn 't want to be there, wasn 't friendly we waited a loooong time for our drinks then later also for our food order. It wasn 't busy maybe 4 or 5 tables so there wasn 't a real reason why we had to wait so long. She got my wives order wrong my wife asked for bacon instead of ham and asked for 'Penne '. When she started bringing our food to the table , she remembered the bacon instead of the Ham quickly asked the kitchen to change it. This resulted that we were halfway through our meal before my wives ' food came. When it did eventually come, we saw that it wasn 't Penne but Fettuccine. My wife said that it was fine and the food was really tasty good. So it was mainly the terrible music poor service that left us a bit disappointed. The food was good though.
Had one of our best meals this evening. Incredible food. Our waiter, Lionel, was amazing. Made our dining experience even better. Thanks Lupa Osteria and Lionel.
What an exciting experience! I loved the lively atmosphere, and the service was very good. My boyfriend and I both had the “Lupa signature pasta”, which I would definitely recommend! Not only does it taste great, but it’s something I’ve never seen before! Such a wonderful experience, I would definitely recommend going here!
Excellent food and service. I had the Porcini Panzerotti and it was extremely tasty. A mushroom flavour overload. And the Wilted Spinach with Butter Parmesan on the side was delicious. Highly recommended dish.
Don't often venture out for graze in the Northern pastures, but when we do, we do it with gusto. Googled some of the eateries that side and the parm wheel always been on the radar, so found Lupa Osteria which does a lil homemade pasta and the infamous parmesan wheel Carbonara. Sexy spot with modern decor and nice touches with their branding and modern New York style booth seating etc. Was quiet for lunch this day but service attentive and good knowledge on the produce and dishes. Opted for the spinach ball fettuccine with chilli, creamy and good but could have bit more vooma flavour wise. Bolognese had a bit of a creamy base, but was extremely moreish with great flavours. We also got the waitress to fire up the parm wheel and had a bit of the Carbonara- great little display and worth the excursion, was good, hearty, creamy and have ticked it off the bucket list *is on the pricier side, but was worth trying. Fresh condiments to bolster the pastas or pizzas if needed. Pizzas also looked really good, but for another time.
