However, I have noticed a significant decrease in both the service and the quality of the food since they opened this location following the closure of the one across the street. The drive-thru service is particularly poor - even when there is no one else in line, it takes them several minutes to respond at the speaker. Even when I place a mobile order for my usual, they still manage to get it wrong. The staff turnover is high, with new employees almost every time I visit. The few good employees never seem to last, leaving me to wonder if anybody is actually paying attention to the orders. Today, I ordered two breakfast sandwiches with sausage, but received ones with bacon and ham, as well as eggs with mold. My latte was also made with whipped cream, despite my request for none. It is disappointing to see a store representing a brand that clearly does not care about customer service. This issue needs to be addressed.
Posted store hours say this location closes at 10pm. At 945pm tonight employees closed early and could be seen just hanging out on their cell phones. Very unprofessional

The staff at this restaurant is not friendly. However, Megan always provides excellent service and is very accommodating to us.
I would give this restaurant zero stars or possibly a negative rating if I could! Some of the staff members had a horrible attitude, especially Eyaana, who made the entire establishment look bad. She even deliberately messed up my order. I was extremely disappointed with the service and she even made faces throughout my visit.
