Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónAlways a fantastic place to eat, by far the best restaurant in the area. Menu is limited but to a high standard. Great staff and a very friendly service.
Our waiter for the meal was a lovely young fella and the entre of smoked salmon with lemon sorbet was the highlight of the meal. Main course was a choice of rabbit or cuttlefish (the a la carte menu also offered these choices and not much else). Dessert was apple tart plonked on a plate with a single strawberry for garnish. Very poor
A 12 euro lunch with wine in the back restaurant (behind the bar) is excellent although without choice and visitors are usually directed into the posh restaurant. The menus are good value and offer typical local dishes including wild boar, duck and venison. Lacks a bit of atmosphere. But on the whole, a good restaurant.
We ate here whilst staying locally. It doesn't look much from the outside, but there is a beautiful terrace at the rear overlooking the old village rooftops. Staff were very friendly and professional. The food was lovely, beautifully cooked presented. Lovely ambience. The only downside was the price of the drinks. €10 euros for gin tonic? Price for 2 (aperitif , 3 courses 50cl bottle of wine) was €90. So for that reason we didn't return, although we loved the ambience
Having had an excellent lunch here in 2018 we returned this summer and were not disappointed. The service was attentive, we sat out on the terrace shaded by a canopy and enjoyed each of the courses the four of us had ordered. The magret de canard was a particular hit but all of the dishes benefited from fresh ingredients well cooked. We shared a 75cl pichet of local rose which cost 7.50. Overall we ranked the meal as the best value of our holiday and will be sure to return when next in the area.
