When I got home to eat my wings, they still had feathers on them. It was disgusting, especially since they were covered in sauce.

The owner/manager does not have to ignore these messages. This place is badly operated. There is no supervision for young staff. These babies work and need supervision. The owner must be formed again my wingstop franchise team

THOSE KIDs needed to go. Almost 2 hours are waiting for food?! And the order is wrong. Long lines. A real place. Don't come here. This place must be closed. Or rent new people. Food: 1/5

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant. When my daughter was ordering, the employees made fun of her for not knowing what to say. She ended up waiting much longer than necessary for her sandwich and fries because the employees were not paying attention and had forgotten about her order. If I hadn't spoken up, who knows how much longer she would have had to wait. The food was also disappointing, with the fries being barely lukewarm. I will not be returning to this restaurant and would suggest that you spend your time and money elsewhere.
