We had been advised not to take half board in order to discover the restaurants of Chamonix, we had only come once, little choice but it was good

Stayed with family in December, ordered half-board package that included breakfast and diner. We truly enjoyed breakfast, buffet had a decent selection but dinner is a completely different story. Limited choice, mediocre quality of food, and long wait.

By staying at the Mercure Hotel, we dine twice at the restaurant. The meal was fresh and copied and the very helpful staff. Thank you all

Given the prices of the card, I expected a restaurant much better and one thing is sure, that is not the case. The buffet as the dishes are poor, the light service for some. At this price, even in Chamonix, we expect much better.
