Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe just moved Chantilly, VA area. Right after ordering online, I realized that there was no pick up time. I called within 2 minutes and talk to store manager *Jason*. He said he already put all Pizzas in the oven (I truly wondered within 2 minutes ofgetting order! . I asked him can he hold off since he just put in. He rudely said that 's what you have to come and pick up after15 minutes. I requested again he gave shocking response you don 't have to order with us again and hang up the phone. In ourprevious residence we always order with Domino 's, but this manager *Jason* has that kind of rude, non-cooperative and some typeof biased attitude (that 's what I felt . I think this type of attitude and behavior should not be tolerated and must notify theconcerned people. That I will do for sure, I promise. Had to select one start to post here.
It's a fine place but never order delivery because the delivery fee is 5 dollars. That is genuinely just appalling. I live less than a mile from this domino's but I have no means of transportation. Then they still on top of that requested that I tip thedelivery driver because we all know that none of that 5 dollars is ever going to end up in their pockets. I just don'tunderstand how or why it is that high. It's ridiculous.
Bad and rude customer service. No accessories available . If you paid already and there to pickup pizza you are in least priority for store staff even you first in line.
Domino's is usually always a great place for food but this store at Southpoint ALWAYS hits a home run. I've ordered from there dozens of times and not once have I received anything sub-par. Great job team!
I m not telling BE CAREFUL....I M TELLING DOUBLE DOUBLE BE BE BE!!!! CAREFULL when you ordering vegetarian pizza.... these guys not care what toppings adding....today we found Chicken in our veggie pizza !!!!!
