They don't care because their are plenty of tourists ignorantly intruding on the livability of James Island and they'll continue to fund this poorly planned location. Chick-fil-A across the street is now renovating for the 2nd time in order to address this very issue, but good luck getting Starbucks to do anything more than occasionally use a police officer to block the road (on taxpayers dime, no less)
Im here almost everyday. I waited, for my mobile order about 15 minutes. I get home. My triple shot espresso latte had no espresso in it.
Was feeling under the weather, a friend suggested to go to Starbucks for a medicine hot tea. I told the young lady what i wanted, paid but didn't realize till i got come she gave me a small ice tea. A jasmine tea i believe. I felt to bad to even drive back n just threw it away
I've always had good experiences at this location! Yes, the line backs up in to the street, but they are typically pretty efficient in getting people through and they are always friendly! My orders have also been correct each time: My only complaint with this location, which is no fault to any of the workers. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be very challenging. Staffs are attentive and really make an effort to accomplished orders fast. Timely and accurate. However, the store should have sugar/creamer in the self service counter just like other Starbucks branch. Overall, satisfied with the new drinks hot Apple oatmeal macchiato.
