Swig Swine Downtown - Charleston

I came here with a friend before we had to go home and it was definitely worth it. The whole place was really nice to be, and the decor was very thoughtful. We sat at the bar and ordered a few dishes while chatting with the friendly bartender. The whole food was delicious, rich and extremely tasteful! We have the scallop and pig belly appetizer, shrimp and geese and the crabs Mac and cheese. I've never been a fan of grottos, but I thought while I was in the south, I had to try it in the right way... I'm really glad I did it! If you like tasteful and filling food, friendly staff and a beautiful dining environment, come here.

We stoped here while on a food tour of the city. The dish we samples was great. Service was good. I will definitely try come here again!

Made reservations. Two of us enjoyed our meals. I had the shrimp and grits. Wife had a small salad and a cup of crab bisque. My dish was delicious. Place is well located next to the Market. Service was fast and friendly. Ate inside on the second floor. But in the future would ask for a table on the second floor terrace.

We stopped in from shopping on a cold afternoon and were happily warmed by the cheery service and delicious Market Jambalaya and Pimento Cheese plate!! Great experience here!!

I got a recommendation from the t-shirt shop next door, and some customers passing by mentioned they had just eaten there. It's definitely worth a visit! The prices are reasonable, and the food was amazing. Our waitress was lovely and very friendly! It's a fantastic place, and the outdoor seating was really nice.
