The Palmetto Cafe - Charleston

The restaurant provided excellent service and delicious food. The service was exceptional from the moment we were greeted at the door until we left. Our server, who did an excellent job, was of foreign descent.

We are residents of Charleston and have enjoyed many wonderful dining experiences at both the Palmetto Cafe and Charleston Grill. However, we were disappointed with today's brunch.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this restaurant, with its grand atmosphere, elegant gold-lined tableware, and exceptional service from Alissa who went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

I had lunch at the Palmetto Cafe during a girls' trip and it was definitely a great choice. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. Our waiter, Rudy, was fantastic. I highly recommend the cauliflower steak for any vegetarians. The combination of roasted pine nuts, red paprika, tomato, and chimichurri was a standout. The lunch was light enough that it didn't leave us feeling weighed down for the rest of the day while we were shopping. I highly recommend this place!

As our culinary tour continues from charleston, we have experienced palmetto cafe for brunch today. simply brilliant from beginning to end. the cappuccino was the beginning of a great meal. then came the acai bowl with fresh berries and nuts on the side. wow. we were ready to charge the tore! then the entrees including rib-eye and eggs, gänse and a single blueberry pancake with fresh butter and warm syrup perfect steak, eggs and pancake! this was among the best breakfasts I have ever eaten, served warm and personal and qualitatiw high quality start to finish in a beautiful environment. we will not return cheaply, but they will get what they pay!
