Jack In The Box - Charlotte

I ordered jack in the box by door pocket. I usually never have any problems, but tonight was a big problem! I ordered an breakfast plate of jack in the box because they say they make the breakfast around the clock. Why on the world did I get a burger, a chicken sandwich fried?! not only that, eating raw old and it was also cold! that's terrible! when they order by door lock, make sure it's not this place!

Met, some pages and order a milkshake after work (approx. 5pm). they had nothing to do with what I wanted. disappointing travel was not worth it. Second star was given for the nice hired, with whom I spoke on the way thru. they were nice and apologetic about the situation; it was not her fault that eating was not available

Be prepared to wait a minimum of 20 minutes in the drive thru. The first time I thought they were just busy. The second time through and it was even longer! Horrible manners also!!

Jack in the box's dining area was closed on this specific day and we didn't know because the door was accidentally left open. Mr Taylor Jenkins (I hope I spelled that right) let us know they were closed on the inside but then asked if we had a big truck. We did have a big truck that couldn't get through the drive-threw. He took our order....(7 orders for that matter) for our paving crew. Made sure he got everything right was just a genuine dude. Folks over at Ruston Paving appreciate you man!

Sometimes eating is amazing and sometimes it is not. service always slow, but I guess it's because of lack. if they want a sourdough jack and do not wait the 30 minutes, then this place is actually reliable. every time I have a completely different meal than what I asked. food: 4/5
