It took almost an hour to get my food! the service was terrible and in the ground no one has made his job! it was just terrible and they should have an appointment event and hire qualified staff. service: 1/5
The drive-dru team member tried to give me extra crispy that I don't order. She's got a bad job when I asked for original. She closed the window in my face when I spoke to her. the chef then came into the window and said unc that you screwed my line and he went away without listening to me. I asked for a manager and the female hired then said that the manager was not there and closed the window on me again, as I spoke. I didn't pull off the drive thru and then the manager finally came into the window and I told her I didn't order extra crispy chicken and I told her what happened. She said she'd take care of it. I was disrespected and unprofessionalized and very rude. I will never visit this again. these employees must be trained on the meaning of customer service and they should not treat anyone as I was treated and made me feel. all because of a mistake they have made by trying to give me extra crispy huh that I did not order, and why did the chef have to come into the window to put his two cents in worth? very offensive to me! I'm done with kfc.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. the waiting period was 30 minutes for almost food. having grace not to have gone for customers, coming out of line is absolutely ridiculous.
