I tried the watermelon margarita, it didn't taste like watermelon, but it was good. for my appetizers I had to garnish the buffalo, they were much smaller than the picture on the menu. then I finished with her delicious caramel cheesecake with
The bartender was good. I waited 2 hours for 15 wings and pommes. everything was cold and the wings were not even sown/forced. I would ask for my money, but I don't want to wait two more hours.
Don’t bother ordering from here if you’re going to use Uber eats… The Uber eats menu is not updated to reflect what Hooters currently offers. It shows that they have waffle fries but they don’t, they fries have curly fries and they haven’t had waffle a very long time. Also if you order a sauce that they don’t have, you won’t get notified, you won’t get an opportunity to make a substitution. They will just completely forgo any sauce at all because doesn’t everyone just love chicken tenders without the sauce? Also, I ordered the ranch for a dollar more in addition to my spicy garlic sauce that I never got. I spoke with the manager about this and they weren’t taking any responsibility for the fact that Uber eats presents incorrect items. Well then take yourself off of Uber eats if it’s going to end up with a customer paying the ultimate sacrifice of what seems to be an incorrect item which would be the curly fries but the curly fries are all that they have.
Thus was really the worst service I 've had in a long time. It started out good and we ordered drinks and a couple appetizers to start and that went well and the the waitress disappeared and never returned to take our main order. She only returned 30 minutes later when another customer asked for his bill and she incorrectly returned to our table with it. I explained that our order has yet to be taken and she informed me that she had been switched to the bar and would have to switch us to another server. I then waited another 15 minutes when finally another server arrived which by then I was ready to go. I waited and waited for my bill then I had to walk up and ask for it. The pity is the food was good and the lady wasnt rude just inattentive. It wouldn 't have taken anything but a bit of proactive communication and some basic attempt at fixing the lack of service to repair this situation. I normally don 't leave bad reviews but this one is well earned.
