Philly Steak Shack - Chester

Says it's open 24 hours. It is not. I went OUT OF MY WAY to take my daughter out and it was for no reason. Very disappointed.

Very rude staff, I was told my order would take 10 minutes and it actually took 45 minutes due to a shift change. Ordered 2 milk shakes that were watered down. When I mentioned it to the cashier I was rudely disrespected by the cashier and manager with smart remarks and jokes. I will never spend another dime here and advice all to stay away!! 12/15/2021

$10 cheese burger that I ordered from this place. The meat patty was cooked over done (I ordered it a medium rare), they didn't add the cheese, the tomatoes were mushy. I also ordered fries which was $6 . Don't eat here! You're better off going to to McDonald's.

Waited 45 minutes for a milkshake at the inside counter while others either got there order or went for a refund. Then at the outside counter I ordered fries a pretzel and a soda the only complaint about that is the soda had a horrible taste to it. Definitely not coming back here to get food ever again.

Where's the beef? Had to combine both halves of this sandwich which was a cheesesteak and make it a half a cheesesteak that's how little the amount of meat was on the sandwich. Help is very friendly it's about the only plus. $10 for a cheesesteak with hardly any meat and cheese .was very disappointed.
