We got there about 90 minutes before our show and still missed the start of it because it took forever for our drinks and food to come out. Be wary of the time it take to order anything upstairs.Food: 4/5
We saw a concert here on Cinco De Mayo and were very impressed with the venue. Top to bottom, it felt very well run. The sound was superb and we can't wait to return.*not my photo, photo credit to Stew Bixcube
Had an outstanding dinner there on Saturday night! My friend and I both ordered off the regular dinner menu. The sauce on my Pappardelle Vongole was so savory, the clams and merguez (little lamb meatballs) complemented each other perfectly, and the pappardelle was very fresh. One of the tastiest items I have eaten in a restaurant in years! My friend had the spring onion gnocchi and also loved it. Hubby ordered the chipotle sausage sandwich with warm kraut off the specials menu and loved it. The carmelized kraut added a great touch. Portion sizes were just right. Our server was attentive and friendly.
CHOP SHOP LOST/STOLE CREDIT CARD, OVERCHARGED AND THEN KICKED ME OUT. Occurred Saturday 4/15/2023Charged my card with another tab of someone of the same name, gave my card away to that other patron, then proceeded to belittle me until kicking me out before resolving the issue. I just wanted a clear resolution before leaving and you kicked me out without actually solving it so now I am going to escalate this.You can 't just treat patrons like trash for no reason, especially when you 're the one that screwed up, you lost my card and screwed up my bill (I see two charges one for $20 and another for $19) I got a G+T and one beer should be only $20 but I have no idea since I never got to look at the bill with the manager and tried to have me close out a bill on someone else 's card and I said no. Own up to your mistakes, apologize and problem solve. Children throw tantrums and make excuses without solving issues, you said I was the only person with that name there that night which we all know is untrue since you were trying to get me close out with the other credit card that said Ian M Henderson which is not me.I wasn 't even mad throughout the entire exchange, it was an honest mistake, you were immediately being hostile towards me when you knew you screwed up. Mistakes happen and it 's frustrating, I get it, I was even willing to figure out which bill was mine and pay for it but you weren 't being clear about how you were resolving the issue and just got mad at me. Then kicked me out saying you were just going to leave the charges on my card instead of looking over the bill with me and figuring out what should have been charged to my card that you lost or stole. So not only did you give away my CC to the wrong Ian Henderson , you admitted that you were just going to overcharge me which is also known as stealing.You wanted me to close someone else 's card/bill which is fraud, you stole/lost my credit card, and you overcharged my card. Then you kick me out. Wild.I come here often so this experience really ticked me off. I 'm never rude to staff and I always tip but then you lost my credit card and treat me like garbage so it is highly unlikely I will ever go to a show here again. I will also encourage other people not to go to your establishment since there is a chance you will have your credit card taken from you and then kicked out.I will be filling a police report.
Slow service, over priced, food is decent but you'll pay 30 bucks for a small plate that took an hour and a half to come out. Youlls leave hungry and disappointed....The oysters were good tho lol
