Salero - Chicago

My first time in Chicago and decided to check this place out because the reviews looked really good.

Came here last night with a large group of peopleThis was our second time in this establishment.

PATATAS BRAVAS - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, these potatoes were a hit with everyone at the table. The spicy tomato sauce on top added a nice kick to the dish. CHURROS CON CHOCOLATE - a classic dessert done right. The churros were crispy and sweet, and the chocolate dipping sauce was rich and decadent. Overall, we had a great experience at this restaurant and would definitely recommend trying the pan con tomate and patatas bravas. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. We will be back for sure!

La experiencia aquí fue menos que satisfactoria. La camarera se aseguró de recitar todos los precios de todo lo que describió. Solo se notó porque no lo hizo en ninguna otra mesa que sirviera cerca de nosotros. Como éramos las únicas personas de color en el restaurante, solo puedo asumir que fue un problema para ella. Luego hice que otro servidor ajustara una unidad de aire acondicionado encima de mí sin decirme perdón o perdón. La unidad luego comenzó a gotear sobre mi esposa y yo. Solicitamos que nos cambiaran y finalmente lo hicimos. Este fue nuestro 24 aniversario de bodas y la cena fue un fracaso.
