Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe food was just ok. Nothing was worth the price in my opinion. The paella was mostly rice with 5 shrimp and 10 very small musels. Good flavor but not worth $50. I wouldn't go back even though the service was great.
I had eaten here once before and it was outstanding. Went back and had the tasting menu. A bunch of apps and the Paella. If you ordered everything individually it was cheaper than tasting menu. Very disappointing. I guess they are closing and don’t care.
Food and service were fantastic, but you did not get a lot of food for the price you paid.
That was her second time in Salero. We were fortunately amazed for the first time how much we enjoyed both the siding, the service and especially the food. I didn't disappoint the second time. We enjoy the unexpected and delicious dishes that are seasonal. Will definitely be back.
I chose Salero based on OpenTable as a hot pick when I was looking for restaurants in the Randolph Street restaurant series in Chicago. We hadn't tried a Spanish restaurant in a while. The restaurant was almost empty in the evening after Christmas. As soon as we sat, our waiter announced that the restaurant would be closed in a week. The staff seemed melancholic, right. Our waiter was fabulous, the food was delicious, but it was a strange experience.
