Wendy's - Chicopee

I typically don't voice my complaints, but I had a really disappointing experience today. Both burgers I ordered were incorrectly prepared, and the fries were soggy. Overall, it was not a good experience.

After finishing our shopping, we opted not to wait in the long line at Chick-fil-A and instead decided to use the drive-thru, where we were the only customers. I ordered a double pub pretzel burger meal with unsweetened iced tea, and my friend got an Asiago Ranch Club with Diet Coke. Unfortunately, they ended up giving us a regular chicken sandwich instead of the pub burger, and the fries were cold. It was no surprise that the place was empty. Next time, we'll definitely wait for Chick-fil-A!

We were disappointed with our order; all the fries were cold and unappetizing. Also, if they receive large orders, they really need to label the drinks.

Soou disappointed. I've only got my order. brought it home. I asked for root berry that I get kirschkoks. for the first time ordered that pretzel burger, but got pretzel chicken sandwich. ?

If there was an option for zero stars I would put that. If you serve french toast sticks and you do not have syrup which clearly goes with french toast why let me order them and not tell me? Actually drove out of my way and went to Westfield Wendy who clearly have smarter people working because they know that french toast comes with what idiot? Syrupppppppppp
