I hear everything and say everything in the adjacent rooms, while I write, I hear everything that a couple says in the bathroom next door. They scream in the hallway, people think they're home. I'm talking to a lot of friends, but I'm disappointed.
Dear Mr. Owner, I could have written to you in private, as I used to do in these cases, but your behavior was so unqualified that I feel I have to tell my experience publicly. We book a room on August 14 through your site and receive confirmation. We pay the overnight in advance as from automated process. This morning we prepare and head towards the structure. We are greeted by a Lord who immediately asked us if we were guests of the wedding and when we answered no, he made us aware that the structure was complete both to sleep and to dine. Incredulous, we asked if it was a joke but unfortunately it was not. What upset me is how the mistake was handled. No excuses, no solution but just a reiterate that the structure was complete. At one point, an employee jumps out, some claim to have sent an email cancellation that to us was obviously never received and in fact when I asked for the copy, known that the mail was sent to themselves. At the end of the matter, when we ask for the refund and in the process of leaving, the attendant at the reception, with a thread of voice, points out that perhaps it is free the room for the disabled but the Mr. Owner is inclined to say that however it would not be possible to dine because there is the wedding. Then all this to say what, dear Mr. Owner, is not enough to have the money to detect a structure and make us a resort, as you call it. Or better, if you do so with the purpose of hosting the weddings of his friends, do not put on sale the rooms publicly. In this last case, you have to hire a manager, who in addition to being able to invest in booking software, also knows the concept of hospitality and a case like this, would have solved it by offering at least two options like these or in any other way but is quite certain, offering a solution and not throwing out people. Option n.1: we can offer the 105 that is always free with bathroom and dinner in the room, with a tour in the cellar in the morning and a bottle of wine of our production. Option n.2, we offer gentlemen a voucher to return when they like for two nights with a dinner. Ah, Mr. Owner, of course both options would be given to the customer, in addition to the refund and due apologies.
Place treated in detail. Cured cuisine and wines of their own production excellent. Friendly and professional staff. Great potential.
Today I looked for a restaurant in the area for lunch and found only this restaurant available. Very elegant location and accurate service. The problem is having discovered that it was lunch with no choice and no one had warned us. Start with a tasteless crust with an emulsion of beccala just passable ... portion of the size of a teaspoon. They bring me three tuna cubes with a sauce that spoils everything. Minmal portions. To follow after an hour a rice with good cod but in ridiculous portion. Not to mention the biblical times between one course and the other the second, a tranch of boiled fish without flavor and immangiabile without any contour. The dessert is still missing but in order to avoid feeling bad I prefer to close here . A disastrous lunch at an exorbitant price. I recommend everyone not to go to this restaurant to which I wish I could give a bad vote 0 . To prove that you ate obscenely, the table near us preferred the baby menu with fried potato slices although adults . To crown the total disaster an account of 225 euros for three people for a disastrous lunch lasted almost four hours without having eaten anything or almost. Good August
Modern location, very bright, spacious spaces and breathtaking views. Impeccable welcome, professional staff, polite and educated. Refined and magistrately packed food, new and ancient flavors in a mix of great taste. Congratulations to the chef. All very well-kept, nothing left to chance. Experience from 10 and praise!
