Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónSunday 10/30 we had a nice experience. cole and mary were respectful, helpful and very friendly. the place was clean and welcoming. many thanks to panera and mgr scott
The kenwood panera is terrible. there were no toilet paper in the ladies room. the ice machine did not work. can hardly see the menu by very high regale on the counter. they didn't have the article we went specifically to eat. there is no flow to the order, wait, eat. the people who are waiting for employment must be very close to the sitting in the cabins in the very narrow gang with their backs. the same when they wait for her to eat. the people squeeze to the people who wait in the narrow gang to get to the drinks. more backs in the faces of diners. a huge open space at the front of the load, which has no purpose. we sat against the mixer who was annoying. it looks like she has 10 lbs restaurant in a 5 lb room. the good news, the staff were friendly and helpful. will not be back in the load.
I've never been to a “gross” panera. 6 people standing behind the counter, no one who commands. I had to politely ask what register was going on and they were still confused.
This location seems to always have multiple things out of stock at any given time. Soups, bagels, cookies, croissants, beverages, hummus, peppers, baguettes, cucumbers, fruit cups, cheese, cinnamon rolls, you name it there 's going to be at least five of those things unavailable (likely more) any time you go here or try to place an order. At the time of writing this, a quick glance shows 12 bakery items, mac n ' cheese, peppadew peppers, all 5 warm bowls , garlic aioli, all 5 smoothies, both frozen cold brews, all 6 iced lattes, both Madagascar vanilla style cold brews, iced green tea, and the berry parfait out of stock. I don 't wanna be that person, but that is pretty insane at 4 pm. It seems demand is majorly underestimated at this location. It makes no difference whether it 's at 11 am or 7 pm on a weekday or a weekend. If you 're dining in and you have something you 're hoping to get, definitely call first or check online in their ordering system to see if its available. I eat at panera far more frequently than I want to admit, and this location has consistent issues with stock.
Saturday evening I place a call ahead order which was just a grilled cheese sandwich.Forgot to check it before I left.My wife opened the box to a cold, sloppy, untoaasted pieces of bread with cheese in between theme Unprofessional, looked like a kindergartener made it! Cost 8.99 with tip $11.
