This is a very good restaurant to go if you are looking for something casual, but unique. The landscape is very rustic, fun and easy to be there brings you to a good mood. If you are planning to go here, you simply know that there is usually a long wait, but it is worth it.
The food is not typical bar food. The menu offers many possibilities and the quality is very good. The bar offers a beautiful selection of beer and cocktails. The service is also very good.
A day of beer and cheese steaks with Amigo Dan started Cinder Bar. There are two cinder bars. We were in Clarksboro. The good news is that we really like the Short Rib Cheesesteak Sandwich. The bad news is that we stayed too long and I tried too hard to call my inner John Cohl and combine menu items. We have the short ribbed cheese steak. It was very good. The meat was very tender and juicy. The caramelized onions added great taste. The Fontina cheese and truffle aioli were great complementary players. The role was not traditional cheese. It was perfect for this cheese steak because this was not a traditional cheese steak. It was $16 and came with Fritten. If I was on a date, I guess the $16 wasn't bad, but for any other occasion I think I'd go with something else. Maybe the hysterical role of the apple grove Calzone.
The only problem was waiting time, but it was worth waiting. Food delicious, drinks perfect and staff are only AMAZING. Will be back soon.
Nice place for craft beers and specialty drinks ect. Really good upscale bar food. And the wood fired pizza is awesome.
