Since I have noticed that Dunkin donuts with in the Cleveland area are under new ownership and management, they have replaced all of the employees whether African American, Caucasian .. With those who do not resemble anyone within our communities yet we spend our money with them for those who choose to go to their establishments and none of those dollars are being filtered back into the community. I witness ed, an African-American mother have to address a manager at the Lee Road location for how her son who is a teenager was mistreated and misandled without any care at all. If they're going to be within our communities, they should have faces that resemble ours servicing our community so that they have a more clear view on how to service us and our communities. I myself have chosen to go to Black owned establishments because of these very reasons that I've mentioned which are not really that extensive as they could be. Also, things were taken off of the menu that catered more to a vegetarian as well as signature donuts that are a favorite amongst patrons such as the French Pooler donut and the veggie pesto egg, white English muffin. I won't be returning.
Not very good listening. I will not return to this location. Is very passive aggressive and dismissive.
This was my first time going to this location. The lemon doughnut was horrible. The dough wasn't fresh, it was long past its usage The lemon was a cheap imitation filling. They charged $1.50, a lesson learned.
They were really organized here.
