Platz is not clean. floors, countertops and beverage machines are only coarse. ordered online and it is not ready 15 min past the time, it would be ready.

Nastiest etagen I have ever seen in a restaurant. the employees were very nice, but the management must repair the toilets and rotate the floors.

We've been waiting for an hour. my daughter's not ready yet. That's ridiculous. I never come back here again. the people are waiting here to eat angry. the manager does not help the employees at all.

I stood for 20 minutes, while the woman found out before me, and changed her mind over and over again by 3 separate commands she placed. when she finally decided what she wanted on everyone and came my turn, the girl said behind the register that we only talk online orders, not walk-ins. if that's the case, why did I just let myself stand here this time, while someone else could not run 1, but order 3 to place himself? I'm not one who plays the rencard, but let's be fair! what goes for one should go for everyone!

The inside of the restaurant and bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. The floors, tables and the drink machine looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. We sat outside because there wasn’t a clean table with the intention of eating there and waited an hour while we watched multiple people that had ordered after us walk out with their food. Once we finally got our food we decided to take it home because it had gotten dark outside and the lights were out. We opened our food and everything but the fries were wrong. They were all bone in wings when we ordered boneless and the ones that were supposed to be Hawaiian had no sauce or seasoning and vegetables that came with it were old. We love wingstop but this entire staff need to be fired and the restaurant needs a deep clean.
