I wish I could leave 0 STARS! I wanted to express my sincerest empathy for you that you have an employee that is working for your store and is such a poor representation of what you had to work hard for. This is an account of the events that took placeon this evening! My daughter and I entered your store this evening and a lady was replacing the mayonnaise containers behindthe counter. As we stood waiting for a few minutes... she never looked up nor acknowledged that we were waiting at the counterto place an order. She continued to place additional containers in the refrigerator behind the counter (completely ignoringus . I then stated to her that we were ready to order( We were ready when we entered the store . She replied when I'm finished.(What? She then asked my daughter what she wanted. She never apologized for making us wait while she did her work. I havenever experienced such POOR customer service and a lack of respect. My daughter said we should have never stayed to order thuspatronizing this location. This used to be one of my favorite Subways', but with an employee like her... I will never return.What disrespect, even my parents have shown and taught me that you would never treat anyone like this, certainly someone who isspending their money with your business. What a shame you have someone like her working for you... I am truly sad foryou. Note: There was another young lady that came from around the back who observed this employee's poor behavior. They use old bread very hard and don?t give you double meat even when you pay SNEAKY
One of the nicest locations I've been in. Was greeted by the gentleman, he made some recommendations and thoroughly enjoyed my sub in the clean, neat, modern looking location.
I just left this Subway, and this is the cleanest friendliest location I have ever been to! I arrived a few minutes before they were technically open, but they had no problem serving me despite me being there 3 minutes before they were technically supposedto open their doors. Everything was clean, well stocked, and the owners were so friendly and made a little small talk as theymade my sandwiches. This is my go-to Subway from now on.
