The Baking Mermaid - Cocoa

During last Mardigras, I purchased a King cake from The Baking Mermaid and it was incredibly tasty! My son tried a piece and quickly asked if he could have it as his birthday cake. Seven months later, I ordered his King Cake Birthday Cake and Peggy did an amazing job! The cake was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend The Baking Mermaid for any event. I appreciate being able to support a local small business and hope you will too. Thank you Baking Mermaid for making his birthday even more special!

The pistachio bread is incredible! The red velvet cupcakes are velvety I love this place!

The Baking Mermaid is one of the top bakeries in Brevard County. Peggy is fantastic and all of her creations are fresh and tasty! I highly recommend this bakery!

Peggy is a fantastic host who is very accommodating to food allergies. The prices are reasonable, but time management may not be her strong suit. There have been instances where orders were late, sometimes by a few hours or even a day. The shop has also been known to open late or close early. Despite these minor issues, I am a local and plan on returning. I just need to make sure to give plenty of time for my orders and avoid morning pick-ups.
