The Mason Jar Grill - Coldspring

This restaurant was fantastic! The food was delicious and served hot, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was lively and filled with plenty of visual interest. A must-visit dining spot!

The staff at this restaurant was friendly and helpful. I ordered a hamburger steak with mashed potatoes and gravy, and onion rings. The quality of the burger meat was good, but the outside was burnt on both top and bottom. After cutting off the burnt parts, the rest of the meat was good. The mashed potatoes were served at room temperature, leaning towards the cool side. The gravy was hot on the burger but not on the potatoes, possibly due to the potatoes cooling it down. The onion rings were severely overcooked and dried out, tasting burnt and with the onions completely dried out. Unfortunately, I had to discard them. We had arrived an hour before closing time and the restaurant was packed, so it's possible that the cook was overwhelmed and tired after a long day. I was disappointed as I had high hopes for the food, especially since there weren't many options in the area. I usually visit the restaurant across the street, but decided to try this one for a change. However, in terms of food quality, the other restaurant is far superior compared to this experience.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover this restaurant! Cody was amazing both at the bar and as our server. Despite being very busy, he didn't miss a beat. We ordered the steak special and chicken fried chicken, which were both delicious! The large margarita was also not too shabby. We will definitely be returning!

Fun spot, social bar, small city atmosphere. The best bar Coldpsring had a while. Healing portions and fast service at most nights. Best selection of beer and spirit drinks in San Jac County. One has to stop.

We can sing it on Wednesday night for Steak Nite and Burce Baker and Society. Your waiting staff was excellent. The food was better than excellent. Everything for a wonderful place.
