The combination plates are quite pricey. They do offer alcohol, and while the waitstaff has limited English skills, they are very friendly.
I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. Most of the food tasted quite similar, and the only thing that was somewhat decent was the margarita.
The tacos were disappointing as well; the meat appeared dark and greasy, lacking any real taste. Additionally, the salsa was flavorless. We noticed that the staff seemed more preoccupied with their own meals rather than attending to customers. It felt like they needed better training or more dedicated chefs. The waiter didn't even ask how our experience was. Overall, I believe this restaurant falls short and does a disservice to Mexican cuisine.
The restaurant is located in an old train depot, which makes the Mexican restaurant theme feel a bit out of place. However, the food is great and the combination meals are reasonably priced. They also serve alcohol. While the wait staff has limited English skills, they are very friendly.
I visited this restaurant for the first time with my partner, and I was quite disappointed. The place is small and had an unpleasant odor. When we asked the waiter if they had sugar for the tea, he informed us that there was none available. The tea itself was bland and tasteless. The tacos we ordered had dark, greasy meat and lacked flavor. The salsa was also uninspired. The staff seemed more interested in sitting around than checking on their customers. Overall, they definitely need better chefs and more attentive workers. Our waiter didn't even inquire about how we were enjoying our meal. I would not recommend this place—it gives Mexican food a bad reputation.
