Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe employees here are very rude. Witnessed a manager yelling at a woman who came in wanting her money back because a different employee was being rude to her. The woman was holding her kid obviously uncomfortable asking the manager several times to stopbut she acted like a child, aggravating the situation instead of acting like a manager should and calming it down. The womaneventually lost it on her and I don?t think anyone in the lobby blamed her after the unnecessary personal attacks this managerthrew out. I had my child with me and I don?t think any of these children deserved to witness this behavior from adults. Serviceeverywhere has declined but this Wendy?s has gotten downright horrible. I will not support this business after what I saw today.
Shout out to the local drove thru gal who sounded sad tonight. I hope you got the portrait of Lincoln I left you at the window? Hope your tomorrow is a better one
mostly I'm going here is good, but on the other day I got the complete wrong order, and had many problems with people who drive their credit cards through the drive because they're digging the food before they give them their card back. make sure they have everything before they leave the way through the line.
This location seems to always have a fast drive thru. The workers are friendly. It's just a Wendy's but there are certainly other locations that don't run as smoothly as this one.
Horrible. I asked for a chicken sandwich with just chicken and lettuce. I got home opened the bag and saw that they gave me a double cheeseburger drenched in mayo and cheese. I really don't understand how you mess up and give me a double cheeseburger instead of a chicken sandwich. No one else was in the store either so I couldn't have gotten someone else's order.
