Waffle House - Columbus

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND I DONT EVEN EXPECT 5 STAR SERVICE. REALLY WOULD GIVE NO STARS.

It was clean. Not too busy but way to cold inside while only being in the 40s outside. The waitress was very nice.

This waffle house had no ice for my drink so I had hot coke. Also no chili for my hash browns.

Me and my wife went there to enjoy some breakfast that morning and everything was going well. The cook was working with one of the servers and I guess they forgot what they were doing. When I got my food everything looked good except for my bacon. It wasso dark almost to the point of being burnt. I was going to say something but I was halfway finished with my food when it cameand I didn't want to wait for them to cook some more bacon. So it took as a loss, I know the next time to just to let them knowthat the bacon is to dark for my taste.

Connie needs to be fired!! Connie is a very disrespectful individual!! Connie was extremely rude to the Mgr. Connie was extremely loud while I was NOT speaking to her. Connie makes this location look very bad. My order didn't look as I am use to itso I asked the Mgr but before the Mgr could get to my table, Connie had a lot to say. Connie stopped dealing with the customerin front of her to speak on the matter at hand that she was NOT apart of. After I informed Connie that I was NOT speaking toher, she continued to speak in a rude matter. One of the other cooks came over and helped Me with my order but Connie continuedto speak of the young man. My Husband informed me that his reason for taking the plate up to the container was because one ofthe cooks was cursing in his statement about my complaint. I reorder the plate, ate the food and left. I intend on callingCorporate on Connie and the other cook after I get his name. Connie caused a unnecessary scene!!
