Rude, awkward and zero personality or customer experience cashier. No gloves or cleanliness, I saw her use dirty dishes to make our drinks. Won't be back the dead bird outside ?

The drinks were good and my total was $12, which would be fine normally. Except when I paid the ladies at the register took awhile on the screen and refused to give me my receipt and I didn’t think anything of it at first because it’s just a receipt. Until I got home and I looked on my bank statement and they added $3 tip for themselves and charged me $15.12 instead of $12.12. Absolutely ridiculous and basically stealing! It’s a shame because I liked the drinks but them taking money was not cool.

We went a couple of times and we really liked this place, their bobba drinks are excellent.

Boba tea lacked that bold flavor that makes it so good. Tea needs to be stronger and more flavorful. The atmosphere was good and the service was good otherwise.

Good drinks and are always consistent in quality but the people behind the counter seem to be unhappy or unpleasant most of the time. For an encounter that may only last a couple minutes, even a fake smile can brighten someone else's day. Aside from that, the tables and restrooms are always clean when I've visited so I feel there are otherwise no issues. Perhaps the pay is very low or the conditions are bad? Are they shy?
