The service was quick and somewhat friendly for the three second exchange where my sandwich was handed to me from the front door and then the door was closed and locked because the store was closed to the public. If I cant use the bathroom after paying over $10 for a sandwich I cant come back. A little expensive for me anyway.Parking: Tight parking lot
Polite but not much attention to detail. Pricey for the quality.
Great service! Everyone was very kind and patient with my 3 crazy kids and trying to order. The Philly cheesesteak sandwiches are delicious and I love the chipotle mayo! So glad we stopped here. Very clean inside too even in the bathrooms!
30 minutes before closing tried placing an order online but it wouldn't allow for that option. Called the store they said, can't take orders this close to closing over the phone... drove to the store 4 minutes away ordered and got the rudest staff interactions. I know it's a fast food shop close to closing time but don't treat customers like they shouldn't be there during your advertised business hours. It isn't a good practice to treat customers like leaving is more important than they are... as a restaurant mgr for 23 years of you're open then you're open of not don't advertise you are. They were more concerned with cleaning than making a sandwich that honestly could have been made 10 minutes before if they would have taken an order over the phone. Closed and locked the doors by 8:55 just a minute or two after I walked out. Just a bad experience where normally there is great staff, great attitudes and great food. Very disappointing ?!
Been coming here for almost a year now. Food is good, service has been with the biggest variable both in attitude and service. Today was the last straw. Second visit in a row they completely screwed up my order as I watch my sandwich being made/given to someone else and they argue its not their fault or just walk away shaking their head..... My recommendation is when you screw up and yes I get it, mistakes happen, stop doing what you are doing and fix the customers order, don 't put the order back in the line of orders to be made eventually. it took over 25 minutes the other day to finally make my order one sandwich) Today the on duty manager can 't even seem to make a leadership decision to fix the order and just ignored the employee trying to sort things out. Its a shame cause the food is actually pretty good.
