McDonald's is a good place to eat the food is good the people are ok but they are young and they need a little help with their skills for talking with people thank you Lynda in Croswell Michigan Parking: Pull in park got out and went in Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is wheelchair accessible

Why is it every time the production is down.9/10 times my order is wrong. We had to wait the 6/8 minutes for the production to come back up. Told them the order 3 times. And it was still wrong.Like come on. Get it together.Then when you try to speak to a manager. They just smile in your face and say sorry.If it was once. I wouldn’t be so irritated. But it’s almost every time.And we were the ONLY one in the dang drive through at the time.Make it make sense.

I get lunch here occasionally for work and they're always so nice and speedy. Never have any

Wednesday 3/13/2023 I stopped in to grab a med coffee with two cream at the drive through. I waited behind 4 cars to get to the service window, got my coffee and pulled away. Before I exited the parking lot I tasted my coffee and it was cold and horrible tasting. I returned to the drive thru, handed the girl who originally took my order and didn’t say a word. As soon as I handed it to her she immediately said if you want to pull ahead we will make a fresh pot. So, obviously she knew the coffee was bad when she gave it to me before. I told her to just forget it and drove off! I didn’t want my money back, I just wanted to get away from the lack of common sense!

They always have nice people working at this McD's.
