"Busqué deliberadamente este restaurante para una verdadera comida alemana; Demasiados restaurantes del hotel están tratando de ir de lujo y dejar que la buena moda de la moda de la moda. Pedí a Schnitzel Wiener Art, que es un schnitzel de cerdo y crujiente y delgado con papas fritas. "The Michelin guide was always for a filter for quality, inspiration, emotions and service. But I don't feel what I always feel in other Michelin places. The menu was a bit boring for me. The dominant taste of the menu during my experience is salt and palette scorching acid. Long breaks and waiting time of 45 minutes between the small and short courses to keep you hungry and never full. After our visit we ordered cheap delivery pizza to get full. This 275 Euro menu with wine and no alcoholic pairing could not fill me. The wine pairing with the exception of the last dessert wine was not unique and not supplemented in my opinion the menu. In my opinion, the non-alcoholic pairing was something about vinegar, fermentation and acidic ingredients that did not go well with the dominant acid salt menu. Service was nice and helpful but too slow during the service. As mentioned above, 45 min waiting time and wines for pairing are served 30 min before arrival of the dish. I also felt little attention on the table as our water was empty for some time without notice by the service. For this experience I feel disappointed and paid 275 euros per person for a restaurant that did not use other Michelin star restaurants I tried. I highly recommend to the restaurant to adjust the menu size and make the menu fresh, green and fertile. Make sure that the staff is sufficient for the number of guests to ensure a smooth Michelin Star dinner."
