If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. THERE WAS A DEAD BUG IN MY FRIES THAT I WAS EATING! As well as the fact that my fries were cold!!! The girl that was working drive thru had nothing to say other than that if I wanted a refund then I had to give back everything I ordered. Not once did she apologize then, couldn?t give me a receipt because apparently they had no paper. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
This is the worst place on the planet. As of today, I have not been able to get a milkshake for more than a month. I have to depend on Delivery service right now for food and my order is ALWAYS wrong. Even when I?ve gone through the drive through, I?ve usually have to make a second trip. They take forever, usually have their pants down below the hip, I question the sanitary conditions based off how the employee look, I?ve had makeup on my drink cup from putting their hand over the entire lid, and half of them have constant attitude. The McDonalds across the street rarely has ice cream unavailable at that is usually close to close and are way more sanitary and friendly. I?ve never thought Burger King would be worse than McDonald?s. I expect this location will close within a few years. Not enough employees, never have their full menu, can?t get orders right, and dirty.
Went to store on Merchants Dr, Dallas, Ga. Went specifically for a Chocolate Shake and a Whopper Jr. Used the drive through. Ordered Whopper Jr. and Chocolate Shake. Was told the shake ?machine? according to your web site, shake is Hand Spun, With Velvety vanilla soft serve? not out of a machine like McDonalds). I selected a Coke instead with my Whopper Jr. then had to wait several minutes to get my order. Got home, the burger was way over cooked, could only eat maybe half. I use to prefer your burgers over most of you competition, no more!
The cashier was very helpful and friendly, which is about the only thing I can say about my experience there. When we came in, there was one person in front of us who got their food in a timely manner. When we ordered, the cashier took off part of my order and then corrected it. The food took about 10 minutes to prepare and bring up to the counter, which is understandable during peak hours, but at 7:30pm with no other customers, that seems like a little much. When my whopper was brought out, it was pink in the center and even though I had asked for it without onions, there were still some on there. The fries were lukewarm and soggy, one of the speakers in the ceiling was making a constant popping noise, and to top it all off, the night manager was sitting in the dining area with another employee, eating KFC.
