El Fenix is the Grand Old Abuela of Dallas area Tex Mex restaurants, and they still seldom fail to please.
I'm giving this one star because the chips were so good However, my overall experience was not one to be desired.
I love this place..been going here since I was little had a new waiter a little slow but he was good for only been there a week yummy food got a #9
