Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónTerrible customer service. I came in, and they never assisted me. I stood for almost 10 minutes. No one acknowledged I was there. There were no other customers. I ended up just walking out. I didn't say anything. This is why I never tip servers.

The food and smoothie did not taste fresh. I actually threw it away because it was not up to par! I always buy from the Frisco location and its amazing!!This location needs some work/training as they have no idea how to make smoothies or sandwiches!!
Hate paying extra for plant based substitutions. It's a substitution, not an add on.
