Starbucks Coffee - Dana Point

The staff is caring. The taste of coffee here differs from actual Starbucks stores in my opinion. I do have strong taste so that might be the issue Unfortunately, the Starbucks app to order in advance does not work for this location (inside Albertsons), so not convenient. Often a few people in line and with 2 staff members only, sometimes takes a bit of time to get the order and get it fully right. I personally rather go to local coffee shops or to an actually Starbucks store vs. here.

Please explain to me what happened to the Starbucks company??? No dress code anymore???????? No Customer Service?? This location No Hello No Thank you No one smiles Employees literally ignore you while talking to their co workers The woman with the green hair Rolling there eyes at customers Seriously? Who is allowed to get away with this in retail stores Rude unfriendly manger that looks like the clown from the movie Spawn Horrible BTW the whole diversity thing! Should not over ride a dress code

Placed my order and got exactly what I expected fast and right.

Super kind people very fast service easy access with a parking lot as well. I was able to place my to go order easily access, grab and go.

Cashier didn't know if they had Albertsons gift cards (they do) and was rude. There's a Starbucks in the store, which is a plus.
