The dining hall is rarely open. Completely hit or miss! Considering this is the only location in the area that locks the dining area due to (evidently) a lack of employees, I would say this is a management problem. I am extremely disappointed in this location and will do everything I can to spend my money at a better run establishment. My family loves Taco Bell, but this place is a joke! Food: 2
