Do not order online from this store in the morning. I have always had great experiences from this location, but I always got orders in the afternoon. This time I made an online order for two subs at 9:30 AM and was told to pick it up at 9:40AM. no big deal, plenty of time, but when I got home with my sandwiches were a mess. Haphazardly thrown together as if by someone angry they had to do their job that early in the day. I spent enough money on these to expect them to be made as they always are, but perhaps the morning crew cares less if they don't have eyes on them. Still a great store, but the morning crew should have a talking to.
The food is fresh, and the customer service is good; however, I often have to repeat my order. I mention what type of bread or cheese I want, and they then ask me to specify the cheese again. They seem to debate what's listed on the menu, even though it’s clearly stated on the board outside.
My sandwich was absolutely delicious, and the entire place was very clean, including the restroom.
This is a fantastic spot for dipping or dining in the veranda area. I especially enjoy the Teriyaki salad bowl!
