I just had the best experience ever, I had some concerns about some issues that I am dealing with health wise, it was late in the day, and I interrupted a woman by the name of Jean(or Gene, idk how it's spelled) who was busy doing things around the store, she kindly stopped what she was doing to help me, and boy did she. Jean was so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable and and I'm so grateful I will most definitely be coming back here for all my needs. Great experience ?

OPEN MONDAY! I love this place for the mini Whole Foods style hot and cold health food buffet in the back. You can find all sorts of gluten free, vegan, and regular eats on the daily. They do not have buffet open on the weekends but being open Monday more than makes up for that. Great selection of health food groceries too.

Didn't even know this place existed until I went there with a coworker for lunch one day. Immaculately clean, friendly service and wonderful food. I'd definitely take the family here sometime
