Dunkin' - Deltona

I ordered my Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich as a croissant and received a bagel that seemed hard and microwaved. Kinda hurt my jaw to eat. My hashbrowns were barely cooked and cold. Also, my large Matcha Latte was only filled half way. Im a pretty bummed pregnant woman this morning.

I asked for plain stuffed bagel mini and got a whole everything bagel and I cant eat the sesame seeds. They couldve just given me a plain bagel instead.

I once tried, nothing we wanted from the menu was available. I wish I could say they were the laughing stalk of our city, but it went beyond it. we just want to close it because we are tired of hearing about the place! oh, my God! don't go! they don't have what they want and the service always suck!

This Dunkin’ donuts not disappointed! I asked for a big frozen coffee with mocha and I got two petty ones that both look like that! it tastes like mocha and caramel mixed, but with much more dish and then it should. this Dunkin’ donuts needs a lot of work, it’s a bad experience every time I come here and every time I hope it will be better, but it’s never.

Food is great and the drive thru is always under 5 minutes total. Ladies are lovely so far. They do run out often though and while I don't blame them it's worth taking a star off to note. It's not a supplier issue they just run out before 11 am often.
