Taco Bell - Denver

I don't often write reviews, but this place is so terrible that I felt compelled to share my experience. They really need to rebuild because this is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever encountered. They advertise being open until 11 PM, and I arrived at 9:40 PM. I could hear people talking inside, but no one answered the phone or the drive-thru. When I finally got my food, it was disgusting! There was way too much cheese and toppings, turning the whole thing into a soggy mess. It’s not worth the extra drive—this place should really be shut down.

This location has gone downhill and is now the worst one. I'm not sure what has happened. Most of the time, they either run out of half the items on the menu or the staff just can’t be bothered to prepare them. Just look at my steak burrito—no napkins or sauce included! To the owner: please consider shutting this place down. And to potential customers, don’t waste your money at this Taco Bell location; you will be disappointed. I would give it zero stars if I could.

I must say, this is the first time I've come here in about four years. I'm really not a fan of waiting 30 minutes when there are hardly any customers. However, I decided to give them another chance to see if things had improved, and it seems they have. I had to eat before I could grab my drink, but everything was done well. On top of that, the newly renovated dining room is a significant improvement over what it used to be. I hope the service continues to be as good.

I got a fantastic service today. the bank jesse was funny friendly and personal. I live and work in the opposite and was often in this bell. today's visit was extraordinary because the cashier service provided

This Taco Bell is constantly out of half their menu, that is when their card machine is actually working to take payment. A shorter question would be what do they actually have, which is never what you actually want. Out of the handful of times I've been to this one, only once I’ve been able to actually get what I want. Avoid coming to this one, the line is always long anyways.
