In one word... yikes! Upon entering, we were the only ones there and were greeted by a filthy dining room. Grease on the front door handle, crumbs scattered around, greasy marks on surfaces, unwashed tables, and very dirty windows. The furniture also looked worn out. It was hard to focus on anything else during our visit. The service was okay, but unfortunately, both of my bacon croissants were severely undercooked. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different Dunkin. Avoid this one at all costs.
I ordered a matcha latte and they added coffee to it really disappointed. You can tell by the pigment.. it?s usually a light green, overall it was disgusting but the employees were nice
I placed a mobile order and waited in line for 20 minutes without any issue. When I reached the window, I asked the staff to make sure my coffee was hot. They assured me that it was fresh and hot, but when I took a sip, it was only lukewarm. I called the store to explain the situation, as I had my elderly mother with dementia and my dog in the car with me. The manager told me to come back and they would make me a new coffee, but I couldn't wait in line again with my mother and dog. When I tried to explain this to the manager, he accused me of being abusive and threatened to call the police. It was a very disrespectful and drama-filled experience that I did not expect from a manager.
Waited over an hour in the drive thru line and sat 20 minutes in the order box. it's always like that.
