Fresh, modern Starbucks attached to the Lynn Valley Mall.Inside was nicer than I expected, fresh feel with lots of wood accents. Well organized bar for pickup/take out.Good service, lots of seating and a nice patio out front with tables and umbrellas to enjoy your coffee

I've been a regular at the Starbucks in Lynn Valley Village for a while now, and I can confidently say that it's my favorite Starbucks location in the area. While all Starbucks have a consistent level of quality in terms of their drinks and menu, what sets this one apart is the welcoming neighborhood vibe and cozy atmosphere.The decor is warm and inviting, with comfortable seating both inside and outside, making it the perfect place to hang out with friends or get some work done. I also appreciate the attention to detail in the design, which gives the space a unique and personalized touch.But what really sets this Starbucks apart is the community feel. The baristas are friendly and always ready to strike up a conversation, making it feel like a home away from home. And with its location in the heart of Lynn Valley Village, it's the perfect spot to grab a coffee before exploring the local shops and scenery.Overall, if you're looking for a great coffee experience with a cozy atmosphere and friendly vibe, the Starbucks in Lynn Valley Village is definitely worth a visit!Kid-friendliness: I also appreciate that this location is kid-friendly, with plenty of high chairs available for little ones and a welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to bring the whole family along.Parking: Another great feature of this Starbucks location is the ample parking options. There is both outdoor and underground parking available, with three hours of free parking included. Additionally, I noticed that there are a few charging stations available for electric cars, which is a nice touch for eco-conscious customers.Wheelchair accessibility: The location is also wheelchair-friendly.

I just wanted to say how amazing the staff are at this location. My coworkers and I order from here everyday and EVERY time we’re met with the nicest staff. Amazing customer service. Management should be proud of the staff they have here <3

Very impressed by the customer service here. The staff are so friendly and welcoming here. Also, my drip coffee costs 20 cents less here than all the other North Van locations for some reason!

Mobile ordered 2 matcha lattes, one hot one iced. Drank halfway through each of them and both me and my friend got mouthfuls of chunks of matcha powder. Opened the lid and the inside of the cup was caked in powder. Absolutely unacceptable, it takes 10 seconds to stir a drink properly. They are a very busy location and I can't imagine how many times this has happened to other people as well. I called to complain and explained that I paid 12 dollars for two undrinkable lattes, and the woman on the phone explained that sometimes the steamers don't mix the powder properly, offered a lame apology and ended the call-didn't even offer to make us new drinks.I've received better customer service from a 15 year old at McDonalds. Do better.
